Dear Samurais!

I hope you like this set <3 I put a lot of work into it, highlights would be designing and building the set myself in the living room, designing the gold tape, interacting with the set and trying to make it feel as immersive as possible. There were also a lot of challenges, the costume kept falling apart and sliding out of place, one of the earrings were broken so I had to try find a solution, but it all came together and I'm very happy with the end result! 

Here's the backstory for the items used for building the set! The candle holder, mirror and crystal, wood lions are from my grandma! The crystal has been in my family for 4 generations. I really like putting these things into my shoots because it helps to keep the memory of my grandma alive, who I miss very much. The carpet is from Morocco! My dad got it there in the1980's I believe. The pillows I got from Nepal when I last went hiking there in 2018. The rest are things I bought over time for shoots :D
