Hello dear Samurais!
Here's a cropped version of a rough edit I did for the black kitty shoot we did 2 days ago, I envisioned an almost Kpop style aesthetic with the colors and editing style.
I had a "black kitty" commissioned by one of my lovely and generous patrons, but the look itself was finalized on the morning of the shoot, where I decided on the wig and lenses, played around with the makeup and tried out some options from what I had already when it came to the outfit. I had prepared all the options in advance and wanted to come up with something that would be a reflection of how I felt that day artistically so that I could portray whatever creative mood I was in. I find that at times these spontaneous moments lead to more fun and organic creations. These black stockings were from my goth shoot actually (literally RIP, gotta order new ones to keep in stock ) and when I tried them on at first with the outfit, I found the solid black too heavy and unbalanced versus the rest of the outfit. The commissioner had also requested that the cat would have a "naughty" personality, and I thought a cool way to show that through the outfit would be by tearing the stockings, then pinning them back together with safety pins, to portray an air of rebelliousness and nonchalantness. Also then it broke up the solid black and gave the look some more detail to keep it fun. When I finished the look, I had a definite idea of the story of this Kitty: Ex street kitty that clung herself to an owner that pampers her but isn't ashamed of her past and is proud of it! With a bubbly, cute and sensual personality that one can simply not resist!
Keep fighting the good fight!
Love,
Geisha
