New enemy - Croconoid

The former month, people were asking for a crocodile themed enemy, for the sewers.

And it was a good idea, one I think we should have, so I've sketched up this guy.

I felt like a crocodile typed enemy would serve best as a bulky/chunky fellar, and hope you agree with me
