Revising the patreon page!

I'm gonna do some autumn cleaning on my patreon. I feel I've gotten a little smarter on how Patreon works and the page is simply horribly out of date in terms of descriptions, images, tiers, etc.

So hang on if things start to jump around, or things might disappear.
