Introduced in the short story “Kidnapped with the TV Host Part 2,” Elvira is the long lost twin sister of Felicia Fetters, completely identical to her sister except for certain… endowments and tattoos. Not much is known about Elvira’s backstory, other than when she was younger she fell in with a rough crowd and turned to a life of crime, driving a wedge between her and Felicia. In a desperate effort to straighten her sister out, Felicia arrested Elvira, hoping a prison sentence would make her rethink her life choices. Unfortunately, prison only deepened Elvira’s bitterness at her sister.

After getting out of prison, Elvira would be discovered by the criminal Lotus, who hatched a plan to kidnap Felicia and replace her with Elvira, giving her a mole on the Sheriff’s Department. It is hinted that Elvira jumped at the chance for a new life, as she seems to be on the run from mysterious pursuers. Theres also a hint that Lotus may be holding a loved one of Elvira’s hostage, ensuring the woman’s obedience…
