Hello everyone, Jon here!
Thanks so much to everyone for answering our polls yesterday and giving your opinions in the comments, always extremely useful!
We talked about it with Mathilde and Nick, and I want to give you my thoughts about it!
From what we gathered, modularity seems important to quite a bit of people :D
As we had already planned, I'll continue doing modularity for the future sets (and also pre-built for people who don't like it!)
BUT, I don't think I can realisticaly made the future sets compatible with December and January set, for various reasons, the body types, races, complexity of designs etc, it can't work (Let's think orcs, goblins, smaller or bigger frames etc...).
Depending what the themes will be, I think we'll alternate between modular hands, or modular arms.
It was my 1st time doing it this way, and I think I would like to test another way of doing modular arms in the future that could give better results.
But I don't think it'll be an issue, a sword is a sword, I'll just redo the same weapons when it happens, so no matter what you still get the same sort of options.
In the following months we'll probably do a V3 for the current ''Frostgrave'' set, these ones will be fully compatible don't worry! And in the future we'll also do bandits, cultist etc.
I know people loved the FG theme, but we also can't get stuck into being a proxy Patreon! We have many more things that we want to explore, as we did before, and we don't want to limit ourselves!
Let us know what you think :D
Thanks again for your great feedback, back to work!
