Mini Meditation - pelvic floor 🔥

The great yogi Patthabi Jois when asked how to find mulah bandha or the pelvic floor, always said "squeeze your anus!". This may not be the only way but it's the easiest to activate the pelvic floor when a beginner. When practiced for a while, the more subtle activations will develop naturally. We keep a lot of tension in our pelvic floor without realising it. So to try and get a feel and then release for it, is very beneficial for mental and physical health. Little mini meditations can be a great start 🔥
