Back from the trip

Hello! I have come back and I'm just getting myself back to doing prep work and animation today. This text is all irrelevant to my projects and such, except for the lifestyle improvement will make me feel better to get things done.

So TLDR Mode activate: I am going to start getting some exercise in, taking time off to appreciate the outside, limiting Discord use to when I'm not working, do even more cooking during the week, set a schedule, and putting more value to my free time by goofing off less, so I feel better when I do have free time.

So, I have learned from the trip that I need to improve my life on a lot of things.

The first being that: wow is it nice to be able to walk to get food and groceries and have a park right in walking distance! It felt so great to be able to move around ... after a few days :D Walking to places, I'd love to do it but it's literally hours of walking to get anywhere over where I live -_-; So I'm going to start walking more often. There is a BIT more to this, as we don't live in a friendly walking around place, but I won't overload this. :D

Second off: I think I have ruined my diet with "salt" surprisingly, I noticed my taste buds were a bit ruined or spoiled to the taste of salt, which is only needed in small amounts, I couldn't taste much of anything even though my friends with me could taste things. So I'm lowering salt and using some other healthier spices when I cook.

Third: This is important: I need to lower my time on DISCORD specifically. It's not even social media like Twitter or Bluesky, It's specifically I check discord every 5-10 minutes to see if someone contacted me or needed help. And since I couldn't bring my phone on the trip, it was so comfortable. I was able to focus on what was around me. It was so nice to be able to just walk around and not think about this all! So I'm going to check my messages later in the evening, and in the start of the morning to see about important stuff, and I'm turning my phone notifications off so it doesn't constantly buzz me, cause the Do not Disturb option doesn't work for my phone.

Fourth, I felt like I need to use my down time better. I'm getting hung up on sleeping or resting when I feel sad or angry, it's messing me up bad. While on the trip I got a important message (on my friend's phone) about an error with furniture replacement for the house, and I had to call that store and get angry at them because they messed up severely... it just went so awful I passed out and missed a bunch of that day.

Lastly, I have a better schedule set up for the week now thanks to all of this. I will be going out twice a week to get foods to cook and getting things from the store.

Because of everything that happened, I gained back my leg muscles, my pants fit better, and I feel 10 years younger. So I'm setting a schedule to cook, do PR or answer questions properly, and I know I'll be even better now.
