Tony like many born in this age where born out of the war times, his mother who gained much fame for her classic war time cartoons, and his father.....
With toons now changing as audiences' taste in cartoons, Tony would find loads of success as newbie slapstick toon. The 40s and 50s become his golden age as he enjoys the good life and remains in good terms with the Chosen Toons. Riding on the high of his success, and seeing no need to change with the times Tony coasts on his fame. Only to realize by the 80s, his age of toons are seen as hasbins, and with no remaining money from his now forgotten shows. Tony finds himself in the slums wasting away, all the while his sisters thrive in the new age of animation.
The world Tony hails from is one where many a toony characters, live, joke, and thrive in. Though not all life in the toony world is giggles, and hahas as the world is pretty heavy in status. With popular and big star toons finding amazing lives in the more prosperous cities and continents. Than there are the toons who see a good amount, some, a little, and finally the true bottom of the barrel toons, and their homes are seen as the slums of the forgotten. Wasting away hoping one day they are given some relevance be it a quick cameo in some commercial, or hell some kind of tiny reference in some obscure piece of media. Just anything to give em attention. These harsh streets are ones that Tony would soon call home, as he goes from big name star, to some washed up hasbin.
The other side of this cartoonish world is the world of the audience. Pretty simple and can be summed up as pretty much similar to our world. Only major difference is the higher ups, aka the studios and people running them as they are the ones in contact with the toon world. Through some pretty weird and mystical means they are able to influence what cartoon movies, shows, commercials, games, and etc get made in the toon world. Through a select group of specially Chosen Toons, these fellas intact the will of the higher ups, all the while insuring themselves continued support, influence, and fame. Other than this, there is no other way for the two worlds to cross....until....
A new dawn of animated programming has begun, new studios, new audience, but what's this....a new desire for goofy, whacky, and insane cartoons. As new and old toons rush from all over rush to this new potential. No one is as eager as Tony, and with this new drive Tony will cross lands, toon bosses, and bigger toon stars. All at a chance to return to the life he once had, and prove to his family.........He is TONY! THE TOONIEST DRAGON!!!
