Our goal with the first launch of our House of Halliwell merch was to create something meaningful and accessible for all of you. We’ve had challenges due to shipping costs which made it feel out of reach for so many of you…the exact opposite of what both we and AHLT wanted.
Through this incredible community that we all have built together, we were able to connect with Ron Fisher, someone who worked tirelessly with the House of Halliwell and A House Like This to identify a more cost effective way to bring these beautiful candles to you.
We’ve been able to reassess our shipping and overheads and are pleased to share that for everyone living in North America shipping will now be handled in the United States ($11) if you’re in the UK or Europe, shipping will still be out of London as well as Australia and New Zealand.
And as a thank you for being the greatest fans in the world we've reduced the RRP of both Candles across all markets. Anyone who’s paid the previous price for their respective location will be refunded for the difference that reflects the new price of shipping and the new price of the candles. Refunds will be processed by 12th May and the Pre Order cut off date has been extended to 25th May for new pre-orders. If you've already pre-ordered you’ll receive an email notification to confirm your refund once it's processed. AHLT has previously shared they’d offer a Gift with Purchase for all HOH product orders, logistically this will not be possible for US orders so we’ll not be including these now that we're offering to reduce shipping and the product cost.
For all of us, this has always been about community, family, and sharing in the joy and love that has brought us all together.
