What does it mean to me, this idea of peace? Is it an ideology? a place internal? an external destination? a state of being?

To be at peace, to BE peace itself... to me it means a deep sense of knowing that is embodied...to know that I am ONE with all. I am that I am

As the sacred spiral continues to spin the realms become overlapped and as I remember I am able to flow through all...as I once did in another life...
