As a university student, she embraced the tranquility of small-town life, savoring the quiet days. One holiday, while sitting on the sofa, she felt an unusual sensation coursing through her body.


A disconcerting feeling spread gradually beneath her skin, enveloping her head and arms, subtly altering the contours of her mouth and hands.



"Ha... ha... What...?" she uttered. As the transformation concluded, she opened her eyes to find herself reflected in the mirror as a canine. The eyes of the dog seemed to hold a trace of human consciousness. Staring intently at herself through the mirror, the question lingered in her mind, 'That neighborhood dog...?'



Abruptly, drowsiness overwhelmed her, and she closed her eyes. Upon awakening, she returned to her original form, yet the surroundings were covered in dog fur. To confirm it wasn't a dream, she decided to touch the neighborhood dog again in front of her home. The next day, upon waking, she had once again transformed into a dog. 'I knew it...!' she acknowledged.


Understanding that touching a dog triggered the transformation, she gradually began to enjoy the experience. Days unfolded as she explored the world as a dog, relishing the freedom of canine life.



 However, one day, a different change befell her body. A peculiar discomfort set in, distinct from the usual unease. Slowly, cold scales covered her body, and a slender tail extended.


 Bewildered, she exclaimed, 'What is this, a lizard?!'
