Autumn's Bunched-up Skirt

I had an animation I wanted to fool with, of Autumn in an office outfit. It was the same as the Sophia walk cycle from last year, but this version has actual wobbling. Anyway. If I get to it, I'll knock it out. Otherwise, enjo
