This game is four player scrolling fighting game like Turtles!! It was made by Midway who also make Mortal Kombat and has same graphics style using the real people.. but here is little clearer than Mortal Kombat so it actually look quite good!!. This game was from the UK comic book Judge Dredd and there was a movie also around this time.. . But the game was never finished or release!!

The game makers said it was almost finish but they did not put in the last stage . There was also bike driving stage that was taken out too. But there is some ROM so it can be try out in emulation if you like!! 🤗
