Northern Roads Alpha 0.8

One more province and it's done (yeah, there is also Blackreach and Solstheim but hey). 

The Reach feels different. it's not entirely Skyrim anymore, but a foreign land that the Nords are trying to keep under control as much as they can. And with the war going on and the return of the dragons, it's not an easy task. You will see during your travels there that the tribes of the Reach are well and alive, fighting for their homeland. If you don't feel safe in the Reach, then I'll consider my work done !

I'll now be moving on to Haafingar and the sea will be the main theme of the province. With the progress I've made these last weeks, Northern Roads is on a good path to be released in October as announced. Alpha 0.9 will contain all the provinces, then 0.9.1 Solstheim + Blackreach, and finally 0.9.[2-9] the final touches here and there, bug fixes, enhancements and such.
