September-October update

On the new features front, we added USD prices across all rankings to give some idea of cost, even for non-US users. I wanted to take this further and make showing prices, tags and other things customizable in the filters menu but stopped myself getting carried away to focus on the new site, which now has a dedicated web server, database and some persistent data in it!

Nothing to show of the new site yet as I've had to spend some more time improving our behind-the-scenes technology so it's as robust and reliable as possible for large scale web scraping data imports, but I'm still working to meet the January target.

Initially the new site, called the Club 250 site, will be free to use as we assess the performance and scale requirements. Once everything is working well, I intend to make it a members-only part of the site. However, all Patrons, both past and present until that time will have unlimited lifetime access to the new site, even if they no longer pledge. Just a little way to say thank you for your support! 🙂
