Leon worked up quite an appetite battling Los Illuminados. After a lengthy negotiation with The Merchant, the Italian agent obtained a peculiar vial spoken to bestow immediate effects on an opponent to drastically turn the tide of an encounter. While investigating the labs later during the day, he crossed paths with Albert Wesker attempting to destroy sensitive materials, and without hesitating Leon flipped the lid open his finger and sprayed the vial's liquid on the villain. This could be another shining moment for Leon's career.

Wesker was dwindling. Fast. Wesker was at his wits end and overwhelmed with unfamiliar feelings of inferiority and weakness.
