Hi everyone! 

Ive been dealing with a flare up of my stomach problems, but I’ve been using the opportunity to reset my stomach and build some good habits. I’m finally getting back into eating big and it feels good. 

Though Ive falling behind on my weekly pace, I plan on using the next 10 days to pump out content and catch up to my monthly video obligations. I appreciate your patience while I dealt with my stomach being an asshole!
