So I was 227,4 last monday and after whole week of pigging out, fast food, gainer shakes and much more I got to 239,2. I'm actually dissapointed cause I was really hoping to reach 240 (empty). When I was stuffed I got beyond 240, but the weight just didnt stick on me 😅 I'm back to work now with the new weight and I can definitely feel it. My work pants obvisouly don't fit anymore so I had to switch to bigger size. I feel heavier, my legs get tired, my back hurts, my belly bounce and jiggles and I get out of breath too. That's not stopping me tho 😏🐷
