"Evil witch lady taunt heroine to come rescue fire-dragon princess(Maybe..?) from her spell that transfer water from fountain tower inside princess belly cause high amount of steam and make her inflate like a balloon and her body try to release steam as fast as possible but not fast enough so she will continue inflate bigger."
