Banana Puddin' Notes
Published: March 10th 2022, 3:22:01 am

- Out of all the options presented, I think the most delicious one is to make the basic pudding from recipe 1 and whip your own cream like in recipe 2. Bananas are so sweet, and I think taking the regular pudding box instructions for pudding don't need to be any sweeter.
- This was my first time having a big plate full of Nilla Wafer crumbs, and I never knew how satisfying it was to hork down a big spoonful of the crumbs.
- I made these puddings on Super Bowl Sunday. I gave one to the big game party, one to Bree's office for water cooler talk on Monday, and ate the pie by myself. Watching the pie footage back makes me miss the deep butter flavor of that crust. It's burnt into my memory out of repetition.
- You don't really need to bake the crumb crust for 8 minutes. You can just fridge it for the butter to harden, but I very much enjoyed the deep brown butter flavor of a baked crust.
- I usually don't even type out the video content in recipe format because I have nowhere to put it. I don't have a website to house them all (even though apparently other tubers are pulling over $16k a month with their proper recipe blog smh) and I don't like the idea of typing them out in the video description. Do you think that putting future recipes in Manna would be stinky or a good idea?
