  • I'm so happy to be done with this video. I've had three smokers in my yard this whole time, and it's been maddening. They take up more space than you might think. Bree will be happy to come home to one less, since as soon as I uploaded this, I gave the Camp Chef to an ex coworker.
  • I recorded that coworker loading his new Camp Chef into his truck and put it in the video. That one is BY FAR the lightest, and he seriously hurt his back doing this. I'm glad his pain was at least immortalized here.
  • If I had to pick just one to keep it would be the Yoder, since it's the most feature-rich, balanced, and EXPENSIVE, but I gotta say the Pitts and Spitts is truly beautiful and a pleasure to use. If I had to purchase one with my own money, it would be the P&S.
  • I didn't talk about Traeger because they get enough damn air time. If I did, I'd say "This guy buys his brisket at Costco"
