The company that makes the vibrating necklace I wear is called Crave. I met their founders at CatalystCon (sex ed conference) almost seven years ago. They permitted me to video record myself making a vibrator at their build a vibe station and we stayed loosely in touch over the years. Last year they asked me to be an ambassador for their products, specifically Vesper, the vibrating pendant. I agreed but couldn't follow through with photos for their site for months and months. Either I was sick or moving or without a photographer; there were barriers. But then I couldn't stand not telling you all about the Vesper we had with my handwritten stay curious engraved on it. I wanted you all to have them so I got my shit together.
With a very weird pimple on my forehead, at the height of quarantine, Sexplanations' videographer Fritz used a cell phone and we shot for 15 minutes at a distance to get photos that could complete the website and put the Sexplanations' Vesper out into the universe.
Part of me knows working with them on the video and website is an ad, something I'm doing that I don't do for other companies. But the other part of me just loves everything about Crave and wants the world to know -- there is a beautiful piece of art that you can wear to express sexual curiosity and acceptance that also functions as a high-quality device for sexual pleasure!!!!!!! And there's a special Lindsey Doe version that makes me feel like we're connected in all of it.
Anyway there are all these cool photos that we took and I thought you'd like to see what didn't make the cut for the website. I think Fritz did a wonderful job and we accomplished a difficult feat in smart ways. Do with them what you like. Spread them around the internet, photoshop them (as long as it's not abusive), and let people know that they too can have a gorgeous vibrating pendant. lovecrave.com/lindsey
Also if you have any feedback on how I can be the most ethical with all this, I'm happy to receive it.
