Hola from Baja, 

I hope this video brings you joy. I had fun making it and watching it. She’s a silly sexologist ;o)

Quick updates: 

  1. Thank you to those of you who increased your pledges or pledged for the first time or again. This was actually really unexpected and such a nice reminder that I’m not alone here. 
  2. Last night I woke up to a loudspeaker travelling through the streets. The announcer or recording was in Spanish so I couldn’t understand but it sounded stern and cautionary. To my knowledge we were being informed that Baja is now on lockdown and no one can come or go; emergency travel only. 
  3. To pass the days I’m writing about testosterone and thigh rubbing. I’ve made stew a few times in a large ceramic pot and I got super excited about banana-nutella-peanut butter homemade ice cream. Dogs keep me company. Lots of WhatsApp video calls. I drink water to stay healthy and frequent the bathroom. The best thing I can do for Mexico is stay inside. They don’t have the resources to take care of me if I get sick and leaving the country increases everyones risk. Ooo also, Glee soundtrack on Spotify helps and Twitter. I follow uplifting people so it is a comforting place for me. 
  4. I am by myself here. I have a handful of people I could call and count on but in this neighborhood I don’t know anyone and at the house it’s me and the dogs. This is a new experience. I’ve lived with family, partners, or roommates for most of my life. And I love house guests and dinner/game nights. To have so much Lindsey time is daunting, awful sometimes but I’m kicking butt at it and refusing self-pity. You all help immensely with this!
  5. I’d like to do an episode answering YOUR sex questions specifically. So if you’re open to writing a short question and letting me know what name you’d like me to call you, I’d love to do that as a thank you of sorts. 
  6. It is soooo beautiful here. The houses are brightly painted, the sky changes colors all day. There’s a sea and an island I can see from three walls in the house I’m staying at. Mountains!!! I love it here and I’m comfortable because it is warm. Things are certainly unexpected but I’m finding gratitude and solutions. I’m so proud of all of you and impressed by your kindness and goodness. WOW! It’s so cool.
