First finished (or almost finished) frame from the animation

This is aproximately how the final render of the animation should look like. I hope it looks like an actual anime x) I'll probably add some post-production later in After Effects and maybe tweak the colors a bit, I'm still not sure they look good enough.

Original drawing for comparison (I'm using the same background, BTW!)

I've finished the animation (the process of sketching all the frames so they have motion) and I've started with the cleaning/inking and color, so far it's just one frame ready to be rendered, but I needed to do one first so I could organize everything better and see what I needed to fix before I cleaned every other frames, and I'm glad I did because I realized I had a few mistakes that would have been AWFUL to fix once the 284 frames were inked. BTW, I haven't posted the animation yet, but I wanted to wait until ink and color are finished to show you x)

This is my first "serious" animation, but to be honest I'm really proud of how it's going. Despite being kinda basic and simple (as actually there's not a lot of movement) my girlfriend (who is a professional animator) has approved my work and that makes me really happy! Because I did all this by myself x)

I'm so excited to finish this, I think it will get a good reception and hopefully it will be a bit popular ^^ If people want to know more about my girls, this will also help me promote my upcoming manga (I've been promising that for like a year, but once I finish this animation, I'll be ready to draw the first chapter) and maybe get more support, as lately medical bills and my old PC really have been bit of a trouble -n- But I'll hope for the best!

Anyway, I will pause this for this week, I really need to finish a couple commissions I have, but at least I think I'll finish this animation soon enough ^w^ and I want to thank you all for your support, without you I wouldn't be doing all this and honestly I don't know what I would be doing with my life xD So, thank you for all your love and support, I just hope I can be enough as an artist to create things that make you smile!

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I'll share a few screenshots of the process x)

My workspace in Toon Boom Harmony. This is the software I use for animations, this is *my* first animation, but I have some experience with Harmony because sometimes I help my girlfriend with her work (I helped with the inking and color in some music videos like Sia's "Hey Boy!", "Bricks" by Tayla Parx, and some other projects xD) Never as an animator, tho. Also, my name doesn't appear in the credits since I didn't *work* on these projects, I just helped my girlfriend (her name does appear in the credits, she's Melci Asto and if by any chace you like Danny Phantom, you may know her as Amethyst-Ocean)

The timeline and layers. You may see some frames between 142 and 175 are filled and that's because Avelyn basically doesn't move in that lapse (only her eyes move a little). All the other frames are empty because I haven't cleaned them. The third row from the bottom up (purple below the blue line) is the video of the "rough" animation, that I worked on a different file, rendered and imported here to be more organized. The blue line at the bottom is the background.

A lot of wiring I had to do for everything to be in place (some masks, gradients, effects, etc are inside these nodes)

These wirings, for example, are just so Lynn eye's can move without the iris going out of the sclera or appearing over her eyelashes

Rough animation timeline (God knows what's happening in the node view there)

That's it for today ^^ hope you all are having a great day! <3
