This short video is self explanatory. Some models (most models) move really fast. And when you ask them to flow instead of changing poses some adapt and some have a hard time... this is why choosing the right music is not only effective to create the mood but also naturally marks the pace and rhythm for them to move at the speed you expect.

Imagine the same scene (natural light from a window, just a bedsheet) with fast-paced music... even with the same setup results would be completely different just based on the energy the model would give.
