v0.04 final teaser!

So a quick update: the VA has been ill so it's taken her a bit to record the lines. If all goes well, a teaser for the voice will be posted before release, otherwise the voiced content may be added in a sort of v0.04a update sometime after release on Friday.

Just as well, development of the update itself might be taking be a bit longer. Previous updates released around noon-ish CST, this update may end up dropping around evening CST on the 14th, so bear with me!
