Kafka reward preview

Thank you, guys, for your support! 

The reward video for this month will be released around the 20th. 

We used to have a fixed release date, but since each reward takes a different amount of time to finish, I believe it's pointless to set a fixed date.

From now on, I will begin posting the estimated release date along with a preview image every month.
