Just posting this to everyone since I saw a couple people were wondering a few things that are going to happen with the rebrand. I've listed them out, if I missed anything please comment below and I will edit this post to include it 🤗
Will you keep doing ASMR RP?
Absolutely yes! I'm not stopping to do ASMR or RP content anytime soon! It's a very popular thing for Vtubers to do ASMR alongside their streaming content so don't worry, I will still be making ASMR RP's! (this includes SFW and NSFW too)
Will there be a different Patreon? Should I unsub from this one?
No I will not being opening a new Patreon! I will be changing the name of this Patreon as well as it's handle to 'NecroNoire' fully in about a week when I get everything set up properly, everything on the Patreon will stay up and be the same going forward content wise.
I would still love to have you guys along for the ride going forward but ultimately, it's your choice if you'd want to unsub because of the change 🙂↕️
Can I still call you Ria or do I have to call you Necro?
Yes you may! I'm not going to police people calling me Ria since it'll probably be just a thing that over time it'll slowly fade away anyway.
Will there be different accounts in general? If so, which ones?
Currently the only different one is going to be the YouTube channel. I want to keep the old one as an archive since the content (i.e. the OC's) just wouldn't fit with the rebrand. I have not launched the YouTube channel yet, this will be something for when I get the character design done and draw a pfp and banner 👍
Will your OC's (Pepper, Cinna, Sugar) still be a thing in your content?
No unfortunately. I know this was a big part of why so many of you lovely people gravitated to my content in the first place but the OC's will be retired in the sake of this rebrand. Being real for a second here, the 3 videos a week on YT was just not manageable and certainly isn't given that I want everything to be real art (by me, commissioned, or from others). I do have a plan to maybe do series' with them, actually going through their lore but these will be one-offs down the line and the characters will not be a staple of the new channel.
How will you do ASMR content without the OC's?
I will be doing it very much like any other ASMRtist! You all know that most ASMRTist's don't have OC's that appear in their content and rather do a different person/version of themself every audio, that is what I will do. The content will be similar and I'll keep up with what people have liked from my time as RIAllybored. Because of the change, I will also be doing many more accents and impressions of characters from video games and other media in videos because I will be far less restricted in terms of what I can do!
The content will not be OC based anymore at all!
Conclusion + TLDR
Those were the main questions I was getting so I hope this explains it all better! In reality, the only things that are changing is how I represent myself everywhere, a new ASMR YouTube channel, the OC's are being retired, and more content variety! (classic ASMR RPs, character impression RPs, accent RPs, VTuber streaming (ASMR, gaming, variety), comic + animation dubs/voice acting (NSFW mostly).
PS I'm going to be posting a lot of my journey with making all the art for my VTuber, pfp, banners, and thumbnails in my Discord server! I'll be posting on Patreon too but it'll be in bigger steps, whereas with the Discord I'll be posting more step by step and also asking for suggestions and ideas here and there 🥰
