The vast majority of Maeve's country's workforce, researches, CEOs and government officials were all males. But it was nice. In order to improve the workforces morale and efficiency, executive order 6111 was founded.

In the 6 months since the order was signed, Maeve could already see the effects on the women on the street.

The first week was full of righteous indignation, and women who adamantly refused men's touch and scorned at their gazes. Many opted to lock up, using the small bits of metal as the only "clothing" they were allowed. It also helped them with self control, keeping them from touching themselves in an attempt to stave off their arousal.

In the second week, some began to cave. Embarrassingly asking men for release, but often receiving permission for as little as a hand-job. With how easily men were giving out orgasms, many started falling to the temptation as the weeks progressed. But with the increased supply of women willing to service them, the men began giving out permission less... and less...
