Halo CYOA Starting point and specifics survey!

Hey! So I wanted to get a few more specifics down for Halo before we started! I decided to do it in a google forms page, so any ideas you guys had were anonymous, and I could do all the questions in one go rather than a bunch of surveys back to back! I know it might be a pain to follow a link for the survey, but please please participate! I would love to know what everyone's thoughts are and have her match the majorities desires, rather than just the active few! I'll leave this up for a few days before I confirm the results!
