Breastmilk is best

Wow it has been 8 years since I gave birth. I am 37 and grateful for the opportunity to mother this little guy. His birth was super fast with only an hour of intense contractions if that. I walked a substantial amount and was sure to swim every day many times in cold river water. 

I look forward to sharing this wonderful world of motherhood with you. In hopes I can provide support to help another soul on this journey. Thank you so much for your support.
