My number one tip is to get 15 minutes of sunlight each day. You can wear a hat to protect your face, but expose as much skin as possible to the sun. Our body benefits greatly from sun exposure and vitamin D production. yes you can supplement vitamin D, but you can't replace the suns myriad of health benefits.
Tip number #2 check the temperature your food is cooked at. If you normally grab a fried chicken leg for dinner, try making chicken soup instead. Animal products are only harmful if the cooking temperature is above boiling. So that means grilled, baked and fried foods are harmful. Try steamed and boiled instead.
