Naked Vitamin D

Have you had your daily dose of naked Vitamin D? Sunlight in moderation is so important to our overall health. 

Light skin requires about 20 minutes daily of sun exposure in order for the body to make the needed vitamin D. If you have a darker skin color you actually need more sun exposure than a light skin person.

After you get your needed sun exposure don't use sun screen. The best protection from the sun is clothing and a hat. The chemicals in sun screen can cause issues for the skin leading to cancer.
