In order to build the booty you need to run or walk up inclines or hills.
Sprinting hills are a great way to build the booty. A great work out is to sprint up hill for 1 minute and recover for 2 minutes and start again.
Sprinting hills is hard work. I was definitely sweating and a bit out of breath.
