I have been on a mission to build my booty. I have started jogging up hills in order to build my booty muscle. 

In order to build the booty you need to run or walk up inclines or hills. 

Sprinting hills are a great way to build the booty. A great work out is to sprint up hill for 1 minute and recover for 2 minutes and start again. 

Sprinting hills is hard work. I was definitely sweating and a bit out of breath.
