I love stepping outside naked and allowing my body to absorb the rich sun. So many people are scared to death of the sun. It is important to remember that the sun is our friend. The sun is our main source of vitamin D. For good bone and skin health we need about 20 minutes per day of direct skin exposure to the sun. Leave your sun screen at home and opt for a sun hat if you are worried about burning.
