Pulsar Ref Sheet for 2022

New ref sheet! This has been so long overdue. I've really changed how I draw Pulsar over the years. He's more stylized in a lot of ways and I've changed a few details that I really wanted to have reflected in the new sheet. (Like finally standardizing his tail feathers to be closer to a real cardinal's tail.) Doing a ref sheet is kind of a chore, but I'm glad I got it done. x)
