"Seriously?" Danielle pouted, staring up at Vivien with her best puppy-dog eyes. "You aren't coming in?"

Vivien sighed, rolling her eyes. "I already told you, Dani, no!"

Dani wasn't sure what had happened, but something had changed... She'd thought she had plenty of time to figure out how to finish the job, and get Vivi enrolled full-time with her, and now the girl was pushing back, out of nowhere. "B-But we're doing crafts today," she sniffed. "I thought you could help me with..."

"Danielle, you are more than old enough to make whatever they're doing on your own... Even I'll admit that. I told you, I have a test tomorrow that I have to study for."

That meant this was the perfect opportunity... Vivi had already proven she was willing to drop her classes if she thought her GPA would be affected by them too much if she did badly in them... If Dani could keep her from studying, she might fail her test, and if it was important enough, that might be all it took to get her to bail on yet another class.

"You know you want to," she crossed her arms. "I mean, you're already wearing a Pull-Up."

Vivien's face turned bright red as she fidgeted in her seat, tugging at her shirt. "N-No, I'm not," she lied, doing an absolutely terrible job at it.

"Really, Vivi?" Dani smirked. "You think I can't recognize a Pull-Up when I see it?"

"It's not that obvious, is it?" Vivi whined, deflating as she gave up the charade.

Danielle tried to hide her smile, recalling how Tessa had even asked her about it that morning, while Vivien had been bustling around making them breakfast, wondering if she'd seen the waistband poking up beneath their sitter's shorts. "You probably shouldn't say anything about it to her," Dani had told her, not confirming or denying it, but knowing that, like her, Tessa was familiar enough with them to be able to put two and two together.

"That still doesn't mean I'm coming in," Vivien huffed.

"So, what?" Dani asked. "You're going to sit around the house in them?"

"I forgot about the test when I got dressed this morning! Sue me!" Vivien snapped. Danielle didn't buy that for a minute... Vivi had brought her backpack with her today, which she hadn't been doing most of the days lately when she didn't have classes to go to, and she was dressed more like she did on her college days than her daycare ones. She'd definitely known, and yet she'd decided to wear her Pull-Ups anyway. That was a very interesting development... Was she wearing them full-time now? That was even better than Dani had hoped for!

"Just... Go to daycare, baby!" Vivi ordered, staying in place in her seat, not even reaching for her seatbelt.

Dani wracked her brain, knowing that the other girl was right on the brink, that she was inches away from taking the full plunge into babyhood the way she had, but that she just needed one more push... Unfortunately, she wasn't going to deduce what that would be right now, so she reluctantly got out of the car and watched Vivien zoom off, as if she couldn't get away from the daycare fast enough.

"Where's Vivi?" Miss Katie asked her once she was inside.

"She isn't feeling well today," Dani told her.

"Aww, poor thing," Miss Katie said. "I hope she gets better soon... You don't feel sick, do you?" She put her hand against Danielle's forehead.

"I'm fine!" Danielle promised.

Before long, she was more than fine, the solution finally coming to her as she tried to form a passable dog out of Play-Doh, and Miss Katie asked, "Do you need a change, Dani?"

"No, ma'am," Danielle shook her head, only to see the look on the teacher's face and notice, as Miss Katie tugged out the back of her diaper, that she was very wrong. She blushed, squirming, the mush in her diaper shifting, making her wonder how she hadn't realized it was there, or that she'd done that. That was always the thing that made her feel the most little, the most helpless, the most like she belonged here, in daycare, that she had no business even thinking about college.

That was when it hit her; that was what Vivi needed! She'd been wetting herself more and more often, but, as far as Dani knew, she'd never had a dirty accident... How was she going to make sure that happened, though? It was one thing to convince the girl that it was easier to go in her pants than sit on a potty chair to pee... Messing herself was something else entirely. That would be pretty humiliating to do on a potty, in front of everyone; unless it was an emergency, however, it was much easier to hold that until they got home.

Which meant it was going to have to be an emergency. But how was she going to ensure that?! There were plenty of ways to make someone need to poop, and very few that she could get away with without raising Vivi's suspicions.

Luckily, Miss Katie delivered the answer to that as well, after Dani's diaper change, and once craft time was over, when she gave Dani her sippy cup of juice. Dani took it, started to suck on it instantly, not giving it a second thought. It was natural to her now, and had been for a long time... That was probably already the case with Vivi, too, even though she hadn't been there nearly as long. There was no reason to suspect there was anything odd about the contents of the cup, and they were all opaque, so she couldn't see inside it...

There had been plenty of notes sent home with her, and Vivi, and she'd forged several herself to be sent back to the daycare. Her experience should have made her feel more confident about this working, but, instead, it made her have to start over several times, worried that the handwriting she was using this time looked too similar to what she'd used in the past. Would Miss Katie, or whoever she gave the note to, remember what Dani's mother's handwriting well enough to be able to mentally compare the two? She didn't want to find out, so she switched to her left hand to try again, only to end up with something almost illegible.

It took a good chunk of the evening - or, rather, the bit of the evening she was allowed to stay up to see, thanks to her early bedtime - before she had something she was happy with. The next day was Thursday, which would be the perfect time to deliver it, since it would be odd for her to do it on a day when Vivien was there, considering it was supposedly coming from her mother.

Unfortunately, Vivi dressed her in a skirt and t-shirt the next day, neither of which had pockets. "A-Are you sure about this?" she asked, surveying the outfit with dismay, her carefully laid plan falling apart thanks to one simple detail that hadn't even crossed her mind.

"What?" Vivi asked. "You look cute! You're not telling me you're actually worried someone will see your diaper, are you?" She rolled her eyes, giving her charge's padded bottom a pat. "Everyone there is well aware of what a baby you are by now."

It wasn't even the shortest skirt Vivien had made her wear, but Dani grasped onto that. "That doesn't mean I want to show it off," she pouted. "Can't I wear some shorts instead, or...?"

"No," Vivi cut her off. "I made my decision, and that's final. This is what you're wearing. Now, come on, let's get some oatmeal into you so we can get moving."

Vivi had already put Dani's socks and shoes on, so there was no excuse Dani could think of to come back to her room. As she toddled out, she snatched up the note, grasping it tightly in her hand, hoping her nerves wouldn't make her sweat too much and ruin the paper.

It turned out she had much bigger problems to worry about. "Here you go," Vivi set the bowl of oatmeal down in front of her at the table.

Dani looked around, squirming in her seat. "Umm... Where's the spoon?"

Vivien smirked. "You don't get one. You thought you were a big enough girl to get to decide what you wear? I think you need a reminder of how much of a baby you really are."

"B-But... That's not fair!" she whined, fist closing tighter around the note. She was going to have to do something else with it now... She could eat with one hand, but she was going to need the other if she wanted a drink, or to do anything else... Quickly, she slid the note into the waistband of her skirt, hoping Vivien and Tessa didn't see what she'd done.

Oatmeal was obviously not the easiest thing to eat without utensils, so, try as she might to avoid it, she still made quite the mess of herself, making her look, and feel, like the toddler Vivi wanted to prove that she was. Vivien seemed very pleased with herself once they were all done with breakfast, and she gathered up the plates she and Tessa had used, and Dani's bowl. "Come into the kitchen so I can wash you off," she said.

Danielle nodded as calmly as possible, but inside, her heart was racing. If her note slipped out of the waistband, it had nowhere to go except the floor... And if Vivi spotted it and read it, or Tessa saw it and gave it to Vivien to be helpful... She shuddered to think about what the consequences would be. As hard as she'd tried, she'd still gotten oatmeal on both hands, so Vivi was probably going to wash them, so they wouldn't work as a hiding spot, either... There was really only one option left...

She stood perfectly still while Vivi wiped her face and - sure enough - hands with a washcloth, taking her time and teasing Dani about what a messy baby she was. "Wait," she said, when they were almost done. "What's this?"

Dani gulped, not daring to move. "Wh-What's what?" she asked, while Vivi knelt down, getting closer and closer to the spot Danielle didn't want her to look too closely at.

"Were you trying to cut out the middle man and get the oatmeal right into your tummy?" she teased, running the washcloth over Dani's stomach, a bit of oatmeal apparently having smeared there when she'd moved the note. "Silly girl..."

Dani did her best to stay quiet as the washcloth moved on her belly, but she couldn't help herself, letting out a titter. Vivi paused, then attacked, tickling her, completely undoing all her efforts to stay still as she involuntarily began to try to writhe away, giggling helplessly.

Finally, Vivi stopped, ending with a diaper check. "You're definitely soggier," she smirked, as if she wasn't the reason for that, "but you'll be okay."

Dani thought she could still feel the paper in the waistband of her diaper, but it was hard to tell for sure, and she didn't dare go looking for it in the backseat of Vivi's car. There was a moment at the drop-off at Tessa's school where she probably could have gotten away with it, yet, by the time she realized that, the moment was gone.

It wasn't until she was toddling up to the front door of the daycare that she began to search for the note, heaving a sigh of relief to find that it hadn't slipped loose during the tickling and fallen into the crotch of her diaper. That would have been very awkward to explain when it came time for her next change... The note was a bit damp, however, from sweat, and there was a smear of oatmeal on it.

Should she give up on this one, and try again next Tuesday? That felt like so long from now, but she'd already been worried that the note would seem inauthentic... How much worse would it be now that it was in such bad shape?

As soon as she saw Miss Katie approaching, she decided she needed a do-over, crumpling the note in her hand; of course, she should have known that wouldn't work, that she couldn't fool the woman that easily. "What do you have there?" she asked.

"Oh..." Dani squirmed. If she gave it up now, and Miss Katie recognized it as a fake, she'd definitely know any future ones were, too. "Wh-What?" she tried to laugh it off nervously.

"Right here," Miss Katie gently pried her hand open. "What's this note about, Dani?"

Danielle winced. "Umm... I-It's from Vivi's mom," she swallowed, hoping for the best.

"Is it about her being sick yesterday?" Miss Katie asked, Dani shrugging in response, playing dumb. Miss Katie frowned as she unfolded the note, rubbing her hands off on the side of her jeans, scanning it over. Dani fought to stay calm, to pretend she wasn't anxious to see her reaction to the request to add fiber supplement to all of Vivi's drinks from now on, to help with her digestion... That had seemed life the safest request, the one that would be the most natural. Laxatives would be a bit much, and might raise some red flags; fiber might take longer, but it would build up over time, and, eventually... Well, she had a feeling that, after a week or two of that, Vivi would be having a far harder time just holding it until they were back home... Or maybe even until she could get to a potty.

"Thank you, Dani," Miss Katie said at last. "I'll take care of it. You're a very good little messenger... I've definitely gotten notes from students in much worse shape than this." She smiled, slipping the note into her pocket. "Now, why don't we get you changed?"

"Yes, ma'am," Dani grinned, glad for the praise so that Miss Katie could believe that was the reason she was so happy, and not the fact that she had just sealed Vivi's diapered fate.
