Planned release for version 0.18.0.

Hello everyone!

Sorry for the wait. Work has been taking up a lot of time, so this post took a while. Now, with Version 0.17.0 introducing some much-needed gameplay elements and implementing a few new systems, it’s finally time to push the story forward.

This update will, of course, continue the bastards’ relentless focus on Liz, but it will also introduce new perspectives - including Liz’s and other characters’ points of view. Additionally, Sam’s fortune teller will showcase some of her skills, though not fully and not in person (yet). This will highlight another system implemented in v0.17.0 (previously hinted at but unused). Sam also mentioned she has another photoshoot coming up, so you can expect something from her as well.

What to expect in v0.18.0:

• Added hacked chat logs.

• A showcase of the fortune teller’s skills.

• Other ShareSpace content.

• Updated Patron ShareSpace comments.

• Some bug fixes.

• And, of course, the story continues.

The next version is planned for release around April 18th. Initially, I had planned a patch between versions, but given how close we are to v0.18.0, it makes more sense to bundle those fixes and changes into the next update instead. So, I’ll be skipping the patch between v0.17.0 and v0.18.0. The new ShareSpace posts are available in the community chat. Make sure to comment to have it added in v0.18.0!

I know some of you were frustrated by the limited story content in v0.17.0, and I completely understand. I was frustrated too that I couldn’t progress the story further at that point - I can only imagine how disappointed you must have felt. But now, everything is in place for the next few updates, and I’ll be working hard to make up for it in future releases.
