Kasumi - Intense stomach pains

Kasumi was alone in the hot springs, when her stomach suddenly starts to hurt. A lot.

She had no idea what caused the intense pains; all she knows, is that it really hurts, and she could barely endure it. All she could do was to hunch over, squeezing both palms into her stomach to try alleviate the pain. 

Eventually, her stomach pains would pass, but not before physically exhausting Kasumi, and leaving her with a sense of dread whenever she feels a twinge in her tender belly.
