The rooftop of this police building carries three landing pads for small 2-seater aircraft.
The vehicles have place for one pilot, one co-pilot, and a equipment compartment which is actually used quite often to house a third person when the situation requires it.

The co-pilot is in charge of communication with HQ and of navigation. Both crew members are heavily armed and expected to be able to exit the vehicle once landed, and perform whatever mission they are sent on.

The aircraft are not meant for your standard police patrols, but are prepared to be on stand-by for important emergency situations. They are purposely built and equipped for special missions such as evacuating important VIP's or hunting down high value targets.

Since they are police vehicles and not part of any military, they are not supposed to go on direct combat missions. However, there have been cases where all three aircraft have been dispatched to a hot zone as a "show of force", with the intent on preventing an otherwise would-be deadly confrontation.
