Nestled between two massive superstructures this neglected street is home to the lesser fortunate inhabitants of Dust City. The area is poor, neglected, and many times completely forgotten about.

The people that live here do not get hired at any of the corporations in the city, they either must do the jobs nobody else wants to do, or have no jobs at all. They survive by going out on raids at night, where they climb the walls to scavenge the neighborhoods above.
