Deep under the streets of Sector 3 of the city, there exists an entire colony of people living hidden in the shadows.

People that cannot afford a home on the surface or people that are hiding for whatever reason, are in the tunnel system below, seemingly not existent to the world above them.

With all cities being separated into blocks, called Sectors, communication with other parts of the city is impossible. Except for the tunnel systems below. There, an intricate system connects each Sector, allowing travel to different parts of the city, unnoticed.
