Animated video previews on Youtube?

Hi everyone, I have been playing with this idea lately, and wanted to know your thoughts on it.

The idea is to upload watermarked, 1080p previews of animated maps to Youtube, to allow non-patrons and patrons of different tiers to see what my animated maps are like. Patrons of course have access to non-watermarked, 4k versions, as well as many variants.

Could I ask your feedback regarding this?
The last thing I would want is to upset any of you, or shoot myself in the foot by doing this.  Of course the idea of watermarked, free previews is not new, as you probably all found this page by the Reddit posts, but I still wanted to know how you feel about it.
