Hey everyone. I assume most of you already know this, but things continuously keep getting worse. Now with christmas season, not only is postage super backed up- its been really hard to get into post offices to get stamps let alone drop off parcels already pre-stamped. All locations have literally been 'out the doors' at all times of the day (yep even early morning) and Its been a 'high' of -12 lately. I have circulation conditions and can not wait out in the cold which is causing ADDITIONAL delay.
On top of me moving and start packing a few days late, and having a hard time getting stamps (for non premium packages), even Premium packages are experiencing delays as all of Canada Post and USPS are completely backed up, from Covid, from the elections and now from Christmas time Volume. Its all over the news if you haven't seen or heard about it yet, but for the last 5 months there's been warehouses, storage units, vehicles...full of undelivered mail which is severely affecting small businesses.
I ask that you please have hope and wait patiently if you are awaiting a package not just from this month, but even the month prior (especially International). I will receive messages less than a week after 'expected delivery time' and that's not accounting for worldwide delay, asking where their parcels are.
Unfortunately messaging me will do nothing but stress me out. There's literally nothing I can do. I have no control over the mail, no 'insider' nothing. Once things leave my possession that's it. Its gone. Its out there. Its up to the mail service.
Do note though, that of course if the mail does not deliver after a certain period of time, I will happily send you a replacement, but also please note I'm a small business, a single person and I pay the costs of all replacements so please at least give it a chance to weave its way through the mail first.

I hope all premium packages reach members asap, I haven't seen any twitter posts yet so I'm getting a little worried as I wanted everyone to have their ornaments before Christmas ;-;
