This month's request thread is for retro anime! I'm going to define this as anime before the year 2000, before they switched to digital cels over traditionally painted ones. So stuff like Trigun characters, Akira, Golden Boy, Dirty Pair etc.
One character per person, you can use previously suggested characters that haven't won before. The deadline is Sunday the 10th at midnight PST.
