Frequently Asked Questions

How does my Patreon work?
-- My Patreon works on a month to month basis. Each month is exclusive so it’ll only be available for that particular month. If you miss a certain month, there won’t be any other way of accessing sets or rewards until I release them on my website or online store.

How can I access past sets?
-- Through my website, --> momokun.co

I signed up today, when will I get my Reward?
-- All Digital Rewards are sent through messages at the end of the month.
If you sign up for this month, you will receive full rewards and all of the sets at the beginning of next month.

Do I need to be pledged for next month in order to get my reward?
-- No. You may unpledge on the last day of the month yet still get full rewards!
If you end up being charged due to not being able to unpledge on the right time, your pledge will still count and will receive full rewards for that month.

I didn’t receive my Reward, what now?
-- Please check your pledge and ensure that you are pledged on the right month and on the right tier. Patreon has a patron list which shows which tier you’re pledged and which tier you were charged. If the list shows you’re pledged on a $10 Tier, you will be eligible for $10 Tier Rewards. If you’re pledged at $50, you will receive $50 Tier Rewards. So on and so forth.
