A message of christmas gratefulness

I know it's been quiet on my side for a while. Life has just been generally shitty and chaotic. My car broke down, I've been majorly overwhelmed with work and social obligations and I've been at peak stress levels for a few weeks now. Christmas holiday is just more of the same and I have to get back to work soon. The holidays are not a fun time for me this year and the game hasn't been getting the attention it deserves. I've been thinking about it a lot but have been lacking the time to actually work on it.

I do hope to get back to a more calm state soon after the holidays. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone. Thanks for the continued support this year. Thanks for the kind messages and comments. Thanks for still being here despite my downright sketchy schedule of updates at times. Thanks for still believing in me :) It truly makes me so happy and grateful.

2023 has been a good year overall. I always struggle with my mental health but I've gotten a lot better at a lot of things. I've taken good care of myself and it's starting to show. 2024 should be continuing that and I hope it'll show in the game's development. (Private) time is still the major factor that stops me from reaching the game's true potential on a proper schedule. It's not like I can work on this shit in public or something, I need my private time and that is very scarce in my life right now.

I'm hoping to drop a big update in january with at the very least the movie mechanics and hopefully more. I'd like to go public somewhere in the first quarter if things go to plan, which they rarely do. But we'll see :) 

For now, a late merry christmas and in case I don't get here again in time: an early happy new year! I hope to see you all back in 2024 for more celebrity filth.
