Hi! Just felt like I would share a little update again. There's no huge new features I added in the past two days, but basically I've been doing the following:
- Perfecting the new relationship and marriage mechanics
- You now get the wives you don't pick as contacts in your phone so you can later build a relationship, date 'em, fuck 'em and marry 'em. Escort service is now also a tile instead of a blue link.
- Added a garage to the house and moved car selection from character menu to the garage. You can just enjoy your car collection and start them up for a soundclip. Adds nothing in terms of gameplay, just a bit of extra wealth fantasy fulfillment :) There's also a new hypercar to waste a few million bucks on!
- Added tons of ambient sound to the game! Almost all environments now have background ambient sound: the mall, beach, park and gym. Even the barbershop and the animal shelter. It makes them feel much more alive. I also fixed a bug where you couldn't mute the game, so if you hate the sound just hop in the options menu and turn it off!
- I've also been adding lots of sex sound effects to the game in various new and existing scenes. I added some new ones and re-used old ones. Recompressed most .wav sounds to save big on the game size and hopefully loading times
- I've finally continued writing on the release party scenes. Didn't feel like it for a long time. Had someone who would write them but like most people who offer to write he's ghosted me :p So I just started on them myself and I'm actually quite enjoying writing them. Trying to make them as random/interactive as possible so they're fun for several playthroughs.
So yeah, that's where I'm at now. Still to do before release:
- Go over wife sex scenes, fix errors and remove or write threesome stuff (still undecided).
- Scene writing, scene writing and more scene writing...
- Go over old scenes, make them more interactive/randomized and add sounds/gifs/pics where possible
- I've been playing with a sort of tracker that tracks all the girls you can possibly fuck in the game, sort of like an achievement tracker. There's be dozens though, so it'd be a lot of work, but it could definitely be a fun feature and would keep people playing to fuck 'em all :) I think I'll add it eventually for sure, just not sure if it'll make it in this update as it'll be lót of code.
I'm basically very happy with the new features on this coming update now. You got the sex club, the new relationship mechanics, the massage parlor and the release parties to play with on top of dozens of smaller additions. I'm planning to focus on content now and get it ready ASAP so you guys can start playing and I can get working on new features without keeping you all waiting for too long.
