New mall menu + dev update

Hi! Small update:

- The new company management mechanics are all working great and I think you are going to love it. It really adds a new layer to the game. 

- I added a third manager to hire, which means more hot celebrities in your roster! They won't be getting sex scenes until I'm done with the empty ones, don't worry.

- I'm making great progress on the wife sex scenes. They seem to be working pretty well by now, all foreplay types and all sex positions. Still lots of bugfixing to do, but at least you'll be able to enjoy fucking your wife in the next update!

- I remade the mall menu in the picture block style. It was one of the last big game menus that was left to do, and now it's done. I wanna keep the text links to a minimum.

ETA still 1 to 2 weeks. Want to have the wife sex working flawlessly and fill in a few more scenes before release.
